11月18日，记者从国网西咸新区供电公司了解到：由该公司承建的西咸沣西仁义变送出电缆沟改造工程正在顺利施工建设中。该工程起自西咸仁义变电口，终至世纪大道，全长1.17公里，是国内首个带电运行的电力管廊改造工程。自今年4月开工以来，该工程在施工过程中未停电施工，未发生因施工影响群众正常用电的事故。

该工程引进陕西瑞海工程智慧数据科技有限公司（以下简称瑞海科技）的人工智能电力管廊改造方案。据介绍，瑞海科技结合前端感知、边缘计算、大数据等前沿硬科技技术的积累，提出一套搭载了人工智慧技术的地下综合管廊改造整体解决方案，通过该套技术方案，可以在不断电的情况下科学施工，既节省施工成本，又能保障施工效率和施工质量。

据了解，该工程是西咸新区供电公司将人工智能技术应用于电力管廊改造方面的首次尝试。
