11 化学适用性
11 chemical applicability
(1) 根据玻璃钢管制造商提供的《玻璃钢纤维管的机械及耐化学腐蚀性能技术参数表》和管道所输送介质的成份、特性、温度、压力等, 确定管子的材料和固化剂系统。特别是输送油、气的管道必须采用环氧树脂管道;含CO2 超过3 %的流体输送, 无论温度高低, 必须采用全芳香胺固化的环氧树脂管道。

21 物理特性

(1) 厂家标定的工作压力等于实际测试极限破坏压力与厂家选择的安全系数比值。玻璃钢管在产品样本中标定的额定压力是一个计算值, 而非测量值。同样破坏压力的管子由于生产厂家的安全系数(不得低于215) 取值不同, 会表现为不同的额定压力。因此, 只比较额定压力不能保证正确的选型。根据实际情况应以较高的安全系数、较好的材料等级来选型, 以保证长期安全使用, 这点是非常必要的安全保障措施。

(2) 设计时必须标定产品的安全系数及极限破坏内压, 同时可以要求玻璃钢管生产厂家出具第三方机构验证的破坏性压力测试报告及玻璃钢管出厂前必须经过115 倍额定工作压力的水压测试, 这是用户对自己最好的保护。

31 温度特性
31 temperature characteristics
(1) 高温流体的输送必须采用高温下全芳香胺固化的环氧树脂管道。

(2) 玻璃钢管的额定工作压力会随着工作温度的升高而有所下降。玻璃钢管道生产厂家应提供相应的温度、压力降对照表供设计使用。

(3) 玻璃钢管道的玻璃化温度必须明确标定。

如: 酸酐类固化玻璃钢管的玻璃化温度不得低于120 ℃, 芳香胺类固化玻璃钢管的玻璃化温度不得低于130 ℃。

41 连接方式
41 connection mode
(1) 法兰连接适用于玻璃钢管道与阀门、仪表、钢管及其它设备的连接。
(1) flange connection is suitable for the connection of glass steel pipe with valve, instrument, steel pipe and other equipment.
(2) 螺纹连接分为整体式螺纹连接和管箍式连接, 适用于小口径(DN200 以下) 管道的连接。

(3) 承插粘接适用于各种口径中、高压及复杂荷载的管道连接。
